Audrith reviews the message and checks whether there is enough context to create a serious case.

A record is created
If the submission is valid, a case is created with a Record ID and a status page.

The company is notified
Once reviewed, the company receives a formal notification with a response path.

Receipt or record
A receipt is provided — or no verified response is recorded as of a given date. Either way, the record becomes useful.

Forwarded emails are reviewed before any case is created. Not every forwarded email becomes a public case. Your email stays private. Audrith records facts carefully and avoids public claims that cannot be defended.
